Would you like to take advantage of the group discount? Send an email to secretariaat@toetsrevolutie.nl to receive the spreadsheet. Complete the spreadsheet and return it. We will take care of registering the group. Within five days of receiving the completed spreadsheet, all participants will receive a confirmation email, and an invoice will be sent separately to the email address provided.

Tickets can be purchased directly through our website. Complete the registration form, select your ticket type, and click Register and Pay. Next, fill in your invoice details. To add extra details or send a copy to another email address, click Add extra invoice details.
Please note: If you do not receive a confirmation email immediately, your registration may not be complete—usually due to an incomplete payment. For assistance, contact secretariaat@toetsrevolutie.nl.
We offer a variety of ticket types, including discounted rates for groups. Please visit our ticketing page for full details and pricing.
Tickets are only sold online via the registration form. No tickets will be available at the entrance. We recommend purchasing in advance, as availability is limited.
Tickets are available until sold out. To guarantee your place, we strongly recommend early registration.
Yes. After filling in your details, click Submit and Add Extra Person. Repeat this process for each additional participant. Once all participants are added, click Register and Pay to complete a single payment for everyone.
If you are registering five or more participants, it is recommended to email secretariaat@toetsrevolutie.nl to apply for a group discount.
We accept iDeal, PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, and invoicing (payment within 30 days). All payments are processed securely via Delft Congress Support B.V.
Yes. After entering your invoice details, scroll down and click the appropriate icon to complete your payment using your preferred method.
Yes. After entering all invoice details, scroll down and select Register and Pay Later by clicking the Bank Transfer icon. The PDF invoice will be sent in a separate email to your email address. If you registered multiple participants at the same time, the system will prompt you to provide an email address where the invoice including all registrations should be sent.
Yes. After entering your invoice details, click Add Extra Invoice Details and provide the alternative email address. The PDF invoice will be sent to both your email address and the additional address you entered.
At the top of your invoice, follow the instructions under Voor correcties: Is uw naam, adres of referentie op de factuur onjuist? (Which means: For corrections: Is your name, address, or reference on the invoice incorrect?). Visit delftcongress.com/invoiceportal using your personalized access code to request corrections.
Yes. At the top of the form, you can select either English or Dutch.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made up to four weeks before the event (deadline: May 7, 2026). No refunds are possible from May 8, 2026 onward.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to your registration. Use this link to cancel your ticket or make other changes.
Name changes are allowed. Use your registration link from the confirmation email to update the name and email address. Note: After the change, only the new ticket holder can make further modifications. Make all changes before the Festival.
Click the registration link in your confirmation email to edit details such as dietary requirements, school, or job position.
Yes, for groups of five or more participants:
5–20 tickets: 10% extra discount
21–50 tickets: 20% extra discount
50+ tickets: 30% extra discount
To apply, email secretariaat@toetsrevolutie.nl with the subject Group Discount FoE to receive a spreadsheet. Complete the spreadsheet and return it to us. Confirmation emails will be sent to all participants within five days, and the invoice will be sent to the specified email address.
After completing registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. Print this code or display it on your mobile device for scanning at entry.
