Workshops

The Netherlands Festival of Education will feature a dynamic programme of keynote sessions, practical workshops and thoughtful discussions, designed to challenge perspectives, share best practice and spark fresh ideas across education and skills.

About

The Netherlands Festival of Education offers an extensive programme of keynote sessions, workshops and discussions designed to provide educators with fresh perspectives, practical insight and meaningful opportunities for reflection. Set within the distinctive educational and cultural context of the Netherlands, the Festival brings together voices from across the Dutch and international education communities to explore the ideas, innovations and challenges shaping education today.

Throughout the Festival, delegates will engage with a rich and varied programme that reflects both global developments in education and the priorities of schools and educators working across the Netherlands. From wellbeing and sustainability to leadership, pedagogy and collaboration, sessions are designed to connect international thinking with the realities of classrooms, schools and education systems across the country.

The programme has been developed in collaboration with leading practitioners, researchers and organisations from within the Netherlands and beyond. Contributors will share evidence-informed practice, lived experience and forward-looking approaches to some of the most important issues facing education today, while recognising the values, diversity and ambition that define the Dutch education landscape.

Whether you are a classroom practitioner, school leader or education professional, the Festival offers the opportunity to explore new ideas, challenge assumptions and connect with peers. You will leave with renewed perspective, practical strategies and a deeper understanding of how education can equip young people to flourish in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.
